How it went
There's a window at West Cliff Drive / Mitchell's Cove between four and six in the afternoon where the cliffs catch direct light and the water turns deep teal. That's when we shot.
We took our time. The plan said two hours but we used about an hour and a half — enough to cover the spot from a few different angles without anything feeling rushed.
The gallery came in at 23 edited frames. Sneak peeks went out same-night; the rest landed within the week. Part of an ongoing run of shoots across Santa Cruz.
