We shot West Cliff Drive / Mitchell's Cove like the cliffs are a character in the story. Late sun rakes across the bluffs, the horizon goes from blue to amber, and the surf does its own thing below.
We took our time. The plan said two hours but we used about an hour and a half, enough to cover the spot from a few different angles without anything feeling rushed.
Years from now they'll point to one of these photos and remember exactly what the air smelled like that afternoon.
Here’s a few highlights from this shoot. Most photographers only ever show a static portfolio of their very best images. I think every potential client should see more than that: the full shoots themselves.
