How it went
Cliffside light at Seacliff State Beach is the kind that makes everything look bigger. We caught the last hour of sun, with surf breaking on the rocks below and nobody else in the frame.
Direction was minimal. A few prompts, a few suggestions for where to look or what to do with hands, then we got out of the way and let it happen. The best frames came from in-between moments.
The view does most of the work. The couple does the rest. 30 frames of one quiet hour at the edge of the Pacific.
