There's a window at Natural Bridges between four and six in the afternoon where the cliffs catch direct light and the water turns deep teal. That's when we shot.
From there we drove down to Lighthouse Field for the back end of the day, when the sand catches pink and the marine layer comes in to flatten everything.
A half-day, in pieces. We worked each location for thirty to forty minutes, then moved on. Different light, different backdrops, but the same loose direction throughout.
There's something about cliffs that makes a proposal stick. The wind, the height, the silence between waves. They'll remember the texture of the day long after the photos settle into a frame on the wall.
See each spot in depth.
