Salt Air and Soft Light at Lighthouse Field.

How it went

Beach light at Lighthouse Field does something soft and warm to skin tones at sunset. We worked the last ninety minutes, walking the tide line for changing angles.

Two hours of slow walking and quiet direction. No awkward poses, no "say cheese," just a couple who like each other in a place that suited them. We rotated through a couple of micro-locations within the spot, picking up different angles as the sun moved.

Twelve months from now they'll point to one of these 26 photos and say "that's the one we put on the save-the-dates."

The shoot
The whole shoot, not just the highlights

Here’s a few highlights from this shoot. Most photographers only ever show a static portfolio of their very best images. I think every potential client should see more than that: the full shoots themselves. Nothing sets expectations like seeing multiple sessions at one location in different weather, times of day, and seasons. We get amazing photos no matter what, and we’re not afraid to show you.
