How it went
Henry Cowell Redwoods is a cathedral grove. The light comes down in shafts, the sound drops out, and the scale of the place does the work for you.
A relaxed ninety minutes. We walked the perimeter, found the angles that worked, and let the light do most of the heavy lifting. The couple loosened up after the first ten frames and that's when the gallery really came together.
18 frames among the trees. They'll be back in a year for the wedding portraits and the forest will be exactly the same.
