Redwoods at The Forest of Nisene Marks mean you slow down whether you wanted to or not. Quiet shoot, soft light, occasional creek murmur as background.
Direction was minimal. A few prompts, a few suggestions for where to look or what to do with hands, then we got out of the way and let it happen. The best photos came from in-between moments.
Forest sessions are quiet sessions. Just two people, the canopy, and a story that started long before today.
