What sells Soberanes Trail is the drop. Cliff edge, open sky, a couple silhouetted against the Pacific — we worked in raking light, the kind that arrives once a day and then it's gone.

Two hours of slow walking and quiet direction. No awkward poses, no "say cheese," just a couple who like each other in a place that suited them. We rotated through a couple of micro-locations within the spot, picking up different angles as the sun moved.

The gallery came in at 56 edited frames. Sneak peeks went out same-night; the rest landed within the week. Another reason Big Sur stays on the regular rotation.
