How it went
Panther Beach sits on cliffs that drop hundreds of feet straight into the Pacific. We worked in golden-hour light, when it wraps the rocks and the marine layer thins out at the horizon.
We took our time. The plan said two hours but we used about an hour and a half, enough to cover the spot from a few different angles without anything feeling rushed.
The view does most of the work. The couple does the rest. 20 frames of one quiet hour at the edge of the Pacific.
