How it went
What sells Natural Bridges is the drop. Cliff edge, open sky, a couple silhouetted against the Pacific. We worked in raking light, the kind that arrives once a day and then it's gone.
A relaxed ninety minutes. We walked the perimeter, found the angles that worked, and let the light do most of the heavy lifting. The couple loosened up after the first ten frames and that's when the gallery really came together.
The view does most of the work. The couple does the rest. 21 frames of one quiet hour at the edge of the Pacific.
