There's a moment at Baker Beach just before the sun drops where the sky and the sand go the same color. We made sure to be there for that.
Next stop was Golden Gate Overlook, hiking just far enough off the road to get the trail-edge views without anyone else in the frame.
Then we headed downtown to Legion of Honor. The shift from natural to architectural light gave the gallery a whole second voice.
A half-day, in pieces. We worked each location for thirty to forty minutes, then moved on. Different light, different backdrops, but the same loose direction throughout.
Twelve months from now they'll point to one of these 157 frames and say "that's the one we put on the save-the-dates."
See each spot in depth.
Here’s a few highlights from this shoot. Most photographers only ever show a static portfolio of their very best images. I think every potential client should see more than that: the full shoots themselves. Nothing sets expectations like seeing multiple sessions at one location in different weather, times of day, and seasons. We get amazing photos no matter what, and we’re not afraid to show you.
