How it went
Davenport Beach & Bluffs sits on cliffs that drop hundreds of feet straight into the Pacific. We worked in golden-hour light, when it wraps the rocks and the marine layer thins out at the horizon.
Most of what looks like "posing" was actually just walking, talking, and pausing when the light hit right. We work this way on every shoot — the couple barely notices the camera by the second pass.
